The transformation of Lil' Kim goes way beyond her evolution from hard-core rapper to mainstream TV star. The Dancing with the Stars favorite has also embraced a healthy new lifestyle that's helped her lose weight, firm up and sculpt an impressive new hard body!
Kim bulked up so dramatically during nearly a year in jail that a New York paper dubbed her “Big Kim” when she was released. “It's not like they're feeding you grapefruit and blueberries in there,” she explained at the time.
But now the 4'11' dynamo has lost 20 lbs. and is down to a perfect 105 thanks to a change in diet and hitting the gym.
